Rain Dominates Weather Forecast Across South Korea

SEOUL — As of 9:01 a.m. Tuesday, the weather forecast for South Korea's 12 major cities indicates a predominantly rainy day ahead. High probabilities of precipitation are expected in most areas, with temperatures ranging broadly across the regions.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul, Incheon, Suwon, Cheongju, and Chuncheon are among the cities facing a high chance of rain, with likelihoods ranging from 80% to 90%. Meanwhile, Daejeon and Gangneung have slightly lower probabilities of 70% and 80%, respectively. In southern cities like Jeonju, Gwangju, and Daegu, the rain chances are about 60%, while Jeju Island will see mostly cloudy skies with only a 20% chance of rain. Busan also expects rain with a similar probability of 60%. These conditions are set to affect daily activities and could lead to disruptions in outdoor schedules.
