Seoul: S-1 Corp. on Friday reported its second-quarter net profit of 46.8 billion won (US$32.5 million), marking a decline of 10.3 percent from the same period a year earlier.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the private security service provider disclosed in a regulatory filing that despite the decrease in net profit, its operating income for the April to June period rose by 4.6 percent year-on-year, reaching 64.4 billion won. Meanwhile, the company's sales saw a decrease of 1.3 percent, totaling 723.1 billion won for the quarter.
