Singapore: South Korea organized an investor event in Singapore, known as K-FEZ Day, to showcase its Free Economic Zones (FEZs) located across the country. Singaporean venture capital firms and financial institutions were among the participants in the event. According to Yonhap News Agency, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy facilitated the event, providing detailed briefings to potential investors, which included prominent entities like Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC Private Equity and Temasek Holdings. The focus was on highlighting the benefits of investing in South Korea's FEZs. The ministry also took the initiative to arrange individual meetings between the potential investors and authorities from the Free Economic Zones, aiming to foster direct communication and investment opportunities.
