S. Korean Bond Yields Experience Notable Increase Across Various Tenors

Seoul: S. Korean bond yields saw an increase across multiple tenors on the morning of July 24, 2026, with various treasury bonds and corporate bonds exhibiting changes in their yields. Notably, the 1-year Treasury Bond (TB) yield rose to 3.389% from the previous session's 3.381%, marking a change of 0.8 basis points (BP).

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 2-year Treasury Bond yield increased by 5.8 basis points, settling at 3.804%, while the 3-year Treasury Bond yield climbed by 4.6 basis points to 3.963%. The 10-year Treasury Bond experienced a rise of 4.0 basis points, reaching a yield of 4.432%.

Furthermore, the yields on other financial instruments also showed upward movements. The 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond (MSB) yield rose by 5.1 basis points, resulting in a yield of 3.817%. Additionally, the 3-year Corporate Bond (CB) with an AA- rating increased by 4.7 basis points, reaching a yield of 4.656%.
