S. Korean Bond Yields Show Mixed Movements on September 14

Seoul: South Korean bond yields exhibited varied movements on the morning of September 14, 2026, with short-term and medium-term bonds experiencing slight increases, while long-term bond yields saw a minor decline.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-year Treasury Bond (TB) yield rose by 1.5 basis points, reaching 3.575. The 2-year TB yield increased by 1.1 basis points to 3.931, and the 3-year TB yield saw a rise of 2.4 basis points, hitting 4.038. In contrast, the 10-year TB yield decreased by 1.9 basis points, settling at 4.521.

Furthermore, the 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond (MSB) yield climbed by 1.6 basis points, reaching 3.926. The 3-year Corporate Bond (CB) with an AA- rating experienced an increase of 1.9 basis points, resulting in a yield of 4.707.
