SEOUL - Samsung C&T Corp. announced on Wednesday that its net income for the first quarter reached 822.1 billion won (US$600.5 million), marking a 9.3 percent increase from the previous year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company also saw an 11.2 percent rise in operating profit to 712.3 billion won for the January-March period, with revenue growing 5.4 percent to 10.79 trillion won.
