Seoul: The latest closing prices of KOSPI 200 stocks show a mix of gains and losses, reflecting varied market activity. Key performers include Hanwha, KCC, and Korea Zinc, which saw notable increases in their stock prices.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Hanwha's stock price rose by 2,100, reaching 116,700. KCC also experienced a significant gain of 16,000, closing at 533,000. Korea Zinc saw the highest increase, with its stock price climbing by 50,000 to reach 1,593,000. Meanwhile, LIG Nex1 and LS Electric also showed strong performances, with increases of 93,000 and 31,000 respectively.
On the other hand, some stocks experienced declines. SeAH Steel Holdings' stock decreased by 2,300, closing at 186,800. POSCO INTERNATIONAL and Youngone Holdings also saw declines, with their stock prices down by 100 and 2,000 respectively. Hankuk Carbon experienced a significant drop of 4,950, settling at 41,850.
