SEOUL — SK Bioscience Co. disclosed a net loss of 11.4 billion won ($8.3 million) for the second quarter, continuing its negative financial performance from the previous year. The biopharmaceutical company reported its financial results on Wednesday through a regulatory filing.
According to Yonhap News Agency, despite a slight increase in revenue of 1.1 percent to 26.8 billion won, SK Bioscience sustained an operating loss of 19.9 billion won for the period from April to June. This follows a loss of 35.3 billion won in the same period last year, indicating ongoing financial challenges for the firm.
