SEOUL - SK Networks Co. announced a significant increase in its third-quarter net income, which rose by 69.8% to 13.4 billion won (approximately US$10.2 million). The financial results were part of a regulatory filing released by the company.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company's operating income for the July-September period also saw an increase, rising 36% from the same period a year ago, reaching 54.8 billion won. However, the company's revenue experienced a decline, falling 7.8% to 2.28 trillion won.
The reported financial performance indicates a robust improvement in profitability for SK Networks, despite the decrease in overall revenue.
