Slight Fluctuations in South Korean Bond Yields on July 3, 2024

Seoul - Today's bond yields in South Korea saw minor adjustments as the market reacted to various economic factors. The shifts were recorded in the early trading hours of July 3, 2024.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the one-year Treasury bond (TB) experienced a slight decrease of 0.3 basis points, closing at 3.258% compared to the previous session's 3.261%. Conversely, the two-year and three-year Treasury bonds witnessed increases of 0.6 and 0.8 basis points, resulting in yields of 3.215% and 3.177%, respectively. The ten-year Treasury bond yield decreased marginally by 0.2 basis points, ending the day at 3.287%. Additionally, the two-year municipal bond (MSB) also rose by 0.6 basis points to match the two-year TB at 3.215%, while the three-year corporate bond (CB) rated AA- increased by 0.7 basis points to 3.641%.
