SEOUL — Vice foreign ministers of South Korea and China convened in Seoul for their first strategic talks in over two years, focusing on enhancing bilateral relations and addressing regional challenges.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the meeting on Wednesday marked a significant re-engagement since their last interaction via video link in December 2021. Discussions centered on cooperation in regional and global security, peace efforts on the Korean Peninsula, and strengthening bilateral ties.
