Seoul: South Korea is set to experience high temperatures and predominantly sunny conditions across its 12 major cities on Monday, as reported in the latest weather forecast. The forecast indicates that cities such as Seoul, Incheon, and Cheongju will be bathed in sunshine, with temperatures peaking at 33°C and a slight chance of rain at 20%.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the city of Chuncheon is expected to have a 60% chance of rain despite its sunny outlook, with a high of 33°C and a low of 23°C. Meanwhile, Daejeon and Suwon will experience cloudy skies, although rain is still unlikely, with only a 20% chance. Jeonju will have similar conditions, with a high of 35°C and a low chance of rain at 10%.
In the southern regions, Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan will all encounter sunny weather, with Gwangju and Daegu also facing a 60% chance of rain. Jeju, a popular tourist destination, will see temperatures ranging from 32°C to 27°C with a 20% chance of rain. Gangneung is the exception, expecting completely dry conditions with no chance of rain and a high temperature of 34°C.
