Seoul: South Korea is preparing for a variety of weather conditions across its major cities on Sunday, with forecasts indicating a mix of sleet, rain, and sunshine.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul is expected to experience sleet with temperatures ranging from a high of 8°C to a low of 5°C and a 60% chance of precipitation. Incheon and Suwon, meanwhile, will see rain with a 30% chance, with high and low temperatures of 6°C/4°C and 7°C/4°C, respectively.
Cheongju and Daejeon are also forecasted to have sleet, both having a 60% possibility of precipitation, with Cheongju temperatures at 7°C/5°C and Daejeon at 8°C/4°C. Chuncheon and Gangneung are predicted to face sleet as well, but with a higher 80% chance of precipitation; Chuncheon will see temperatures of 7°C/2°C, while Gangneung will experience 9°C/5°C.
Further south, Jeonju and Gwangju are both expecting sleet with a 60% chance of precipitation. Their temperatures are forecasted at 8°C/5°C and 8°C/4°C, respectively. Meanwhile, Jeju and Daegu are anticipated to enjoy sunny weather, albeit with a 60% possibility of rain. Jeju will have temperatures of 10°C/8°C, while Daegu will see 10°C/5°C.
In Busan, residents should prepare for rain with a 60% chance of precipitation and temperatures between 11°C and 6°C.
