South Korea Weather Update: Widespread Rain Across Most Regions

SEOUL - As of 9:01 a.m. Monday, the weather forecast for South Korea indicates continued rainfall in 12 major cities, with varying intensities and temperatures across the region. The forecast shows a high probability of rain in most cities, with Seoul, Incheon, and Gwangju expecting rain levels up to 90% probability.

According to Yonhap News Agency, temperatures will range from 23 to 34 degrees Celsius across these cities. Seoul, Incheon, and Suwon are expected to experience significant rainfall with temperatures hovering around the mid-20s Celsius. Conversely, Jeju will see sunny skies with the highest temperature at 34 degrees Celsius, having the lowest probability of rain at 10%. Other cities like Daejeon, Cheongju, and Gangneung are also forecasted to receive moderate to heavy rainfall. The country’s southeastern cities, Daegu and Busan, will see mixed weather conditions, with Daegu experiencing some sunshine amidst potential rain and Busan remaining mostly cloudy with a 30% chance of rain.
