South Korean Bond Yields Experience Slight Increases Across All Tenors

Seoul: South Korean bond yields showed marginal increases across various tenors on the morning of July 8, 2026, with yields reflecting slight upward movements. The 1-year Treasury Bond (TB) yield rose to 3.346%, a change of 0.8 basis points from the previous session's 3.338%. The 2-year TB yield increased by 1.1 basis points to 3.683% from 3.672% in the previous session.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 3-year TB yield also experienced an increase, climbing 3.2 basis points to reach 3.812%, compared to the previous session's 3.780%. The 10-year TB yield saw a rise of 4.8 basis points, moving from 4.213% to 4.261%.

In addition, the 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond (MSB) yield increased by 2.3 basis points, reaching 3.744% from the previous 3.721%. The 3-year Corporate Bond (CB) with an AA- credit rating also showed a rise, climbing 3.1 basis points to 4.503%, compared to 4.472% in the previous session.
