COLOGNE - Leading South Korean game developers, including Nexon Co., Krafton Inc., and PearlAbyss Corp., are set to participate in gamescom 2024, Europe's premier annual gaming event, next month in Cologne, Germany.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Nexon is preparing to introduce "The First Berserker: Khazan," a new role-playing game. PearlAbyss is expected to unveil "Crimson Desert," an RPG that has generated significant anticipation, marking its first public presentation. Meanwhile, Krafton will display not only "Dark and Darker Mobile," an extraction RPG, and "inZOI," a life simulation game, but also new content for its popular title "PUBG: Battlegrounds." The participation of these major companies underscores the growing influence and innovative prowess of South Korean game developers in the global gaming industry.
