Seoul: South Korea's 12 major cities are experiencing varied weather conditions on Sunday, with several cities anticipating heavy rainfall while others enjoy sunny skies.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the weather forecast indicates that Seoul, Incheon, Suwon, Cheongju, Daejeon, Chuncheon, Gangneung, and Jeonju are all expecting high temperatures ranging from 30°C to 34°C, accompanied by heavy rain and a 60% chance of precipitation.
Conversely, cities including Gwangju, Jeju, Daegu, and Busan are forecasted to have sunny weather. Gwangju and Busan are expected to see high temperatures of 35°C and 34°C, respectively, with no chance of rain. Jeju has a slightly higher chance of rain at 10%, with a high temperature of 34°C. Daegu is expected to be the hottest city, with a high of 37°C and no rain.
This forecast indicates a clear division in weather patterns across the country, highlighting the need for residents in the rain-affected areas to prepare for potential downpours.
