He has directed officials to restrict access to high-risk areas and ordered government personnel, including police and firefighters, to operate an emergency response system continuously. These directives come as the greater Seoul area and southern regions of South Korea are already experiencing heavy rainfall, with advisories in place to alert residents to the potential dangers.
