Stray Kids to Perform at 2023 Billboard Music Awards

SEOUL — K-pop group Stray Kids is set to perform at the upcoming 2023 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs). The BBMAs announced on social media that the South Korean band has been confirmed as one of the performers for the awards ceremony, scheduled for next Tuesday. Stray Kids, represented by JYP Entertainment, joins previously announced act NewJeans, another popular K-pop group.

According to Yonhap News Agency, The BBMAs, alongside the Grammy Awards and American Music Awards, are considered one of the three major U.S. pop music awards. During the ceremony, Stray Kids will perform "S-Class" and "Lalalala," the main tracks from their third studio album, "5-Star," and latest EP, "Rock-Star," respectively. The group has received two nominations this year, for Top Global K-Pop Artist and Top K-Pop Album. This year's BBMAs will be broadcast live on Billboard's website and social media pages.
