Seoul: The tremor of a magnitude 7.1 earthquake that struck Japan on Tuesday was reported in parts of South Korea, authorities said.
According to Yonhap News Agency, in the southeastern port city of Busan, authorities reported receiving 157 phone calls about the tremor. Additionally, some residents evacuated the area as a precaution.
