SEOUL — The latest figures for the Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) were released by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information arm of Yonhap News Agency, today at 11:00 a.m. The rates are pivotal for banking and financial transactions across South Korea.

According to Yonhap News Agency, there has been little movement in the short-term rates, with the one-week and one-month KORIBOR remaining steady at 3.50% and 3.48%, respectively. The two-month and three-month rates have shown slight decreases from the previous session, standing at 3.46%. Notably, the six-month rate is currently at 3.43%, and the twelve-month rate has decreased slightly to 3.32%, indicating minor fluctuations in the longer-term lending rates. These rates are essential indicators of the interbank lending costs and have implications for various financial instruments and decisions.
