Varied Movements in KOSPI 200 as Key Stocks Display Diverse Trends

SEOUL - The latest KOSPI 200 closing price list reveals a diverse range of stock performances among South Korea's leading companies, indicating a market characterized by mixed trends.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Hanchem’s stock witnessed an increase, closing up by 400 at 184,300. DWS and KEPCO also saw gains, ending at 31,850 (up 150) and 18,790 (up 40), respectively. In contrast, SamsungSecu's stock declined, closing at 38,650, down by 150. KG DONGBU STL saw a modest rise, ending the day up by 50 at 8,270.

SKTelecom and HyundaiElev both experienced decreases in their stock prices, closing at 51,800 (down 200) and 45,500 (down 450), respectively. ShinpoongPharm and Handsome also recorded declines, closing at 13,010 (down 30) and 19,090 (down 50).

Asiana Airlines and Ottogi remained stable, closing at 10,830 and 397,000, respectively. YoulchonChem, however, saw a significant rise, ending up by 950 at 35,350.

LG Energy Solution's stock decreased, closing at 442,500, down by 6,000. HtlShilla and Hanmi Science also witnessed declines, closing at 66,500 (down 800) and 35,700 (down 500).

Other notable stock movements include SamsungElecMech and Hanssem, which closed at 137,000 (down 1,200) and 51,300 (up 900), respectively. F&F and HDKSOE recorded declines, closing at 87,800 (down 700) and 102,000 (down 600).

The list further includes HANWHA SOLUTIONS, MS IND, and OCI Holdings, which closed at 33,800 (down 700), 19,260 (down 190), and 100,900 (down 100), respectively.
