According to Yonhap News Agency, the cyber outage affected the airport ticketing operations of Jeju Air Co., Eastar Jet Co., and Air Premia Inc. The source noted that the airlines had to revert to manual check-in processes as their computer systems, which rely on Microsoft's cloud service, were compromised.
