SEOUL—The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR), as reported by Yonhap Infomax, remained largely unchanged in the latest assessment, showing stability in the short-term lending rates among banks.
According to Yonhap News Agency, The rates for various terms were reported as follows at 11:00 a.m. today: the one-week (1-W) rate held steady at 3.50 percent, matching the previous session. The one-month (1-M) rate also remained unchanged at 3.48 percent, along with the two-month (2-M) and three-month (3-M) rates, which continued at 3.45 percent and 3.43 percent, respectively. The six-month (6-M) rate maintained its level at 3.40 percent. However, there was a slight uptick in the twelve-month (12-M) rate, which increased from 3.28 percent to 3.30 percent, reflecting minor shifts in the longer-term lending expectations.
