Seoul:The KOSPI 200 index experienced varied movements with a mix of gains and losses among its listed companies.
According to Yonhap News Agency, SKC saw an increase of 1,700, closing at 106,500, while SBHC dropped by 350 to finish at 46,650. Taihan Cable and Solution rose by 1,350 to reach 31,500. Hyundai M and F INS also saw an uptick, rising by 500 to close at 47,750.
Daesang increased by 90 to 17,830, whereas ORION Holdings decreased by 100 to 22,900. ASIA HOLDINGS faced a significant drop of 7,500, settling at 201,000. Meanwhile, Youngone Corp fell by 2,500 to 66,800, and KCC saw a decrease of 500, closing at 472,000.
SKBP's share price went down by 900 to 75,800. In contrast, MiwonComcl rose by 200 to 134,300, and SeAH Steel Holdings experienced a substantial increase of 4,200, closing at 115,300. Daewoong decreased by 250, ending at 15,340, while SamyangFood faced a significant drop of 13,000, settling at 1,211,000.
POSCO INTERNATIONAL and CJ CheilJedang both rose by 1,300, closing at 56,600 and 179,300, respectively. TaekwangInd dropped by 11,000 to 889,000. Hanssem increased by 750 to 39,750, and F and F rose by 500 to 69,700. GS Retail saw a modest increase of 50, ending at 22,150.
ISUPETASYS dropped by 2,200 to 121,200, while DN AUTOMOTIVE increased by 350, closing at 50,000. OCI Holdings saw a notable rise of 15,500, reaching 236,500. YoulchonChem increased by 120 to 14,930, but HYOSUNG HEAVY fell by 37,000, ending at 2,785,000.
LG Energy Solution went up by 10,500 to 371,000, and HtlShilla saw a slight increase of 100, finishing at 39,300. Hanmi Science rose by 2,600 to 55,300, while SamsungElecMech experienced a significant increase of 20,000, closing at 1,581,000.
HDKSOE increased by 500 to 326,000, and HANWHA SOLUTIONS rose by 1,850 to 36,100. LOTTE CHEMICAL Corp increased by 700, closing at 61,000, and HMM increased by 350 to 21,500. HYUNDAI WIA rose by 500, ending at 53,200, and S-Oil saw a substantial rise of 17,400, finishing at 166,200.
KOREA ZINC went up by 11,000, closing at 1,080,000. KumhoPetrochem increased by 1,600, ending at 117,400. DWS rose by 100 to 21,300, while LS ELECTRIC saw an increase of 3,500, reaching 209,500. Lastly, Mobis increased by 1,500, closing at 383,500.
