Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index witnessed varied movements in its latest trading session, with several companies experiencing significant fluctuations in their stock prices. Notable changes include Kolmar Korea's decline to 145,200, a decrease of 2,200 from the previous closing price. HanmiPharm also saw a decline, closing at 503,000, down by 12,000.
According to Yonhap News Agency, KRAFTON's stock price increased by 2,000, closing at 205,000. Meanwhile, HANJINKAL's shares decreased by 700, finishing the session at 138,800. BNK Financial Group and MIWON SC also experienced declines, with their stocks closing at 15,600 and 133,800, respectively.
Chongkundang's shares fell by 1,600, ending at 63,800, and DoubleUGames saw a decrease of 800, closing at 58,000. On the other hand, COSMAX experienced a rise of 1,000, closing at 273,000. HD CE and HD HYUNDAI both saw declines, with HD CE closing at 139,800 and HD HYUNDAI at 208,000, a significant drop of 14,500.
HL MANDO's shares decreased by 100 to close at 48,200, while iM Financial Group saw a minor decline, ending at 18,220. In contrast, Samsung Biologics experienced a rise in its stock price, closing at 1,398,000, up by 2,000.
Hanwha Aerospace's shares fell by 19,000, closing at 1,078,000, and Orion saw a decrease of 2,000, concluding the session at 111,500. Doosan Bobcat's stock dropped by 1,500, ending at 59,000. However, Meritz Financial and Netmarble both saw price increases, closing at 126,900 and 34,650, respectively.
HD HYUNDAI ELECTRIC experienced a significant rise, closing at 725,000, up by 13,000. Hanwha Systems and APR also saw increases, with APR's shares climbing by 14,000 to close at 367,000. BGF Retail, on the other hand, experienced a notable decline, closing at 138,400, down by 5,100.
