Seoul:The KOSPI 200 index saw a range of stock movements with several companies showing significant changes in their closing prices.
According to Yonhap News Agency, SD Biosensor's stock rose by 130 to close at 6,540, while Meritz Financial saw an increase of 2,500, ending at 129,800. In contrast, BNK Financial Group experienced a decline of 180, closing at 15,130, and iM Financial Group dropped by 60 to finish at 17,510.
Emart reported a substantial rise of 2,300, closing at 72,300. Meanwhile, Hankook Tire and Technology's stocks increased by 200, reaching 62,300. On the other hand, Kolmar Korea's shares fell by 3,700, ending at 133,400.
HanjinKAL's shares rose by 1,600 to close at 131,900, whereas Chongkundang saw a decrease of 1,000, closing at 64,900. DoubleUGames experienced a decline of 200, finishing at 57,500, and COSMAX saw a significant drop of 11,000, ending at 295,500.
HL Mando's stock decreased by 1,750 to close at 42,700, while Samsung Biologics saw a drop of 18,000, ending at 1,201,000. Doosan Bobcat's shares fell by 600, closing at 52,600, and Netmarble's stock slightly increased by 100, reaching 33,750.
Krafton experienced a rise of 2,800, closing at 189,700. Conversely, HD Hyundai saw a decline of 8,500, ending at 171,000, and HD Hyundai Electric's stocks fell by 24,000, closing at 582,000. HD CE's shares dropped by 4,400, finishing at 102,800.
Miwon SC saw an increase of 900, closing at 130,100, while Orion's stocks rose by 1,400, ending at 105,600. Hanwha Systems experienced a decline of 1,500, closing at 75,100, and BGF Retail's shares increased by 2,200, ending at 128,600.
SKCHEM's stock fell by 1,650, closing at 49,950, and Hyosung TNC experienced a decrease of 6,000, ending at 271,000. HS Hyosung Advanced saw a drop of 9,100, closing at 155,600, while HanilCMT's shares rose by 110, finishing at 16,390.
