Bologna: The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) announced plans to operate a large-scale booth for domestic companies at an international beauty fair in Italy later this week, focusing on the promotion of K-beauty products.
According to Yonhap News Agency, a total of 279 companies will participate in the Korean pavilion at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, scheduled to take place in Bologna, Italy, from Thursday to Saturday. The pavilion will feature companies presenting a wide range of K-beauty products.
KOTRA will also facilitate on-site consultations between participating Korean companies and buyers from 26 countries by leveraging its network of 132 overseas trade centers. Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, regarded as one of the most influential global events in the beauty industry, has been a prominent exhibition since 1968. Approximately 3,000 companies from 65 countries are set to showcase their products this year, with an estimated 250,000 visitors expected to attend.
