PYONGYANG - North Korea’s Minister of Public Health, Jong Mu-rim, embarked on a trip to Russia this weekend to advance collaboration in science and medicine between the two countries.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the delegation led by Minister Jong left for Russia on Saturday. This visit follows a series of high-level meetings between North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and Russian President Vladimir Putin, including summits in Vladivostok in April 2019 and at the Vostochny spaceport in September last year, aimed at bolstering bilateral ties in various sectors.
