South Korea’s Major Cities Weather Forecast for Sunday, January 7, 2024


SEOUL – At 9:01 a.m. on Sunday, the weather forecast for South Korea’s 12 major cities was announced, providing detailed information on temperatures, conditions, and the probability of rain.



According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul is expected to experience sunny weather with temperatures ranging between -2 and -6 degrees Celsius and no chance of rain. Similarly, Incheon and Suwon are also forecasted to have sunny skies with temperatures of -3/-5 and -2/-6 degrees Celsius respectively, and no precipitation.



Cheongju will see cloudy skies with temperatures at 0 to -3 degrees Celsius and no rain, while Daejeon will be sunny with a slight 10% chance of rain and temperatures ranging from 0 to -4 degrees Celsius. Chuncheon and Gangneung are both predicted to have sunny weather with temperatures of -1/-7 and 2/-2 degrees Celsius respectively, and no rainfall.



Jeonju is expected to be sunny with a 20% chance of rain and temperatures between 1 and -4 degrees Celsius. Gwangju will see snow with a 20% chance of precipitation and temperatures ranging from 2 to -1 degrees Celsius.



Jeju is forecasted to have rain with a 30% chance of precipitation and temperatures between 7 and 5 degrees Celsius. Daegu and Busan will both experience sunny skies, with Daegu having temperatures of 3 to -3 degrees Celsius and Busan at 5 to 0 degrees Celsius, both with no expected rainfall.
