Presidents Yoon, Biden, and Prime Minister Kishida Meet for APEC Summit Photo

SAN FRANCISCO - On the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit, South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, U.S. President Joe Biden, and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida gathered for a trilateral photo session at the Moscone Center in San Francisco on Thursday. The leaders, who convened without making public remarks during the photo opportunity, have previously engaged in diplomatic discussions.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Earlier on Thursday, President Yoon and Prime Minister Kishida held bilateral talks. The three leaders had last participated in a trilateral summit at the Camp David presidential retreat in Maryland in August. The APEC summit serves as a platform for these leaders to engage in discussions about regional and international issues, reinforcing the significance of such meetings in shaping global economic and political strategies.
