Weather Forecast for South Korea’s Major Cities Highlights Mixed Conditions

Seoul:Seoul: South Korea's major cities are experiencing varied weather conditions on Sunday, with temperatures and rainfall possibilities differing across regions.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul, Incheon, and Suwon are all expected to have sunny weather with temperatures reaching highs of 24 degrees Celsius and lows of 15 or 16 degrees Celsius. Each city has a 60% chance of rain despite the sunny forecast.

Cloudy conditions are forecast for Cheongju, Daejeon, and Chuncheon, with Cheongju and Daejeon both expecting temperatures of 25 degrees Celsius for the high and 14 degrees Celsius for the low. The probability of rain is 20% in Cheongju and 30% in Daejeon and Chuncheon.

Sunny weather is also predicted for Gangneung, Jeonju, Gwangju, and Daegu. Gangneung will see temperatures between 23 and 12 degrees Celsius with a 20% chance of rain. Jeonju and Gwangju will have slightly higher temperatures, with highs of 25 and 26 degrees Celsius respectively, and both expect a 20% chance of rain. Daegu will experience similar temperatures to Jeonju and Gwangju, with only a 10% chance of rain.

Jeju and Busan are expected to have rainy conditions. Jeju will have temperatures ranging from 24 to 19 degrees Celsius with a 30% chance of rain, while Busan will experience a high of 24 degrees Celsius and a low of 18 degrees Celsius with a 60% chance of rain.
