Weather Outlook for South Korea’s Major Cities Shows Mix of Sun and Clouds

SEOUL, South Korea - Weather forecasts for 9:01 a.m. on Saturday have indicated a mix of sunny and cloudy conditions across South Korea's 12 major cities, with minimal chances of rain in most areas.

According to Yonhap News Agency, temperatures are expected to vary slightly among the cities, with the majority experiencing sunny weather and low precipitation probabilities.

Seoul and Incheon are expected to see cloudy skies with temperatures reaching highs of 19°C and 16°C respectively, and both have a 10% chance of rain. Suwon, with a forecast of sunny weather, anticipates a high of 19°C and a low of 6°C, also with a minimal chance of precipitation.

Cheongju and Daejeon are both predicted to enjoy sunny conditions with a 20% chance of rain, with high temperatures reaching 20°C. Chuncheon, despite expecting a high of 20°C, will see cloudy skies without any forecasted rain. Gangneung, on the east coast, is set to experience a sunny day with a high of 21°C and a 20% chance of rain.

Further south, Jeonju, Gwangju, and Daegu are all anticipating sunny weather with a 20% chance of rain and high temperatures around 19°C to 21°C. Jeju Island expects cloudier skies, a high of 17°C, and a 20% chance of rain, while Busan forecasts sunny conditions with a high of 19°C and a low chance of rain.

These forecasts provide a comprehensive look at the expected weather conditions across South Korea, offering residents and visitors alike the information needed to plan their day accordingly.
