Seoul: Yonhap News Agency has issued a warning regarding the usage of its content, emphasizing ownership rights and restrictions on use.
According to Yonhap News Agency, all content produced by the agency, including articles, photographs, graphics, audio and video images, and illustrations, is protected under copyright laws. The agency stated that any use of this content beyond personal and noncommercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from Yonhap News Agency.
The agency further notes that any violation of these terms can result in compensation claims or legal action, both civil and criminal. Yonhap News Agency advises any parties interested in using their content for other purposes to contact their Information Business Department in advance.
