KOSPI 200 Sees Mixed Trading Results with Key Movements in HYOSUNG HEAVY and HDKSOE

Seoul: The latest trading session for the KOSPI 200 index witnessed notable fluctuations, with various companies experiencing changes in their stock prices. HYOSUNG HEAVY and HDKSOE emerged as significant movers in the market.

According to Yonhap News Agency, HYOSUNG HEAVY saw a rise of 9,000, closing at 441,500, while HDKSOE experienced an increase of 21,500, ending at 235,500. These gains marked key highlights in an otherwise mixed trading landscape.

MIRAE ASSET SEC registered a decline of 230, ending at 8,510. Similarly, SKC decreased by 4,300 to close at 125,700, and YoulchonChem fell by 400, finishing at 27,650. Among other notable declines, LG Energy Solution dropped by 20,000 to settle at 332,000, and GS Retail decreased by 180, closing at 14,800.

On the upward trajectory, Ottogi rose by 500 to 387,500, while SamsungElecMech increased by 1,800, ending at 136,800. LS ELECTRIC also performed well, climbing by 10,500 to close at 250,500.

The trading session also saw declines in other stocks including, HtlShilla which decreased by 650 to 39,150, and Hanssem which saw a fall of 550, closing at 45,250. F and F experienced a drop of 2,000, ending at 68,900, and HANWHA SOLUTIONS fell by 900 to settle at 20,600.

In other developments, OCI Holdings decreased by 1,900 to 77,700, while KorZinc dropped by 4,000, closing at 739,000. SamaAlum registered a decline of 2,200, ending at 28,250, and DENTIUM fell by 4,700 to close at 62,500.

Stocks such as LG Innotek and S-Oil also experienced declines, with LG Innotek dropping by 2,400 to 160,000, and S-Oil decreasing by 1,200, ending at 55,700. HMM, however, saw an increase of 1,060, closing at 20,650, and Hyundai Wia fell by 350 to 40,500.

KumhoPetrochem rose by 1,900 to 111,600, while SAMSUNG SDS decreased by 1,700, closing at 121,600. KOREA AEROSPACE performed well, increasing by 4,600 to 67,700, whereas KUMHOTIRE registered a decline of 80, ending at 4,820.

ECOPRO MAT saw a significant drop of 9,500, closing at 77,300, while Mobis increased by 4,500 to 250,000. S-1 fell by 900 to 60,100, and DWS decreased by 950, ending at 36,000.

KEPCO and SKTelecom remained unchanged, closing at 21,350 and 56,000 respectively. Hanon Systems experienced a decline of 155, ending at 4,275, while SK dropped by 4,400 to 139,400.

Finally, POSCO DX saw a decrease of 2,000, closing at 21,100, and LOTTE SHOPPING fell by 600, ending at 62,500. IBK registered a decline of 110, closing at 15,480, and LOTTE CHEMICAL Corp dropped by 1,400 to settle at 61,000.
