BLACKPINK’s “Ice Cream” Hits 900 Million YouTube Views

SEOUL — BLACKPINK's hit music video "Ice Cream," featuring American singer Selena Gomez, has reached a new milestone by surpassing 900 million views on YouTube, as confirmed by the group's management company, YG Entertainment.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the video, which debuted in August 2020, achieved this impressive feat earlier in the day. "Ice Cream" is a track from BLACKPINK's 2020 album titled "The Album" and is known for its bubblegum pop sound. Upon its release, the single quickly climbed the charts, debuting at No. 13 on Billboard's main singles chart.

This achievement adds to BLACKPINK's growing list of successful videos, bringing their total to nine performance and music videos that have each amassed over 900 million views. Notably, the music video for "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du" leads with more than 2.1 billion views, followed by "Kill This Love," which has gathered over 1.9 billion views.
