SEOUL — CJ Logistics Corp. disclosed a 23.4 percent increase in its net profit for the year 2023, reaching 242.9 billion won ($182.9 million).
According to Yonhap News Agency, the logistics giant saw its operating profit climb to 480.2 billion won from 411.8 billion won the previous year. However, the annual revenue experienced a slight decrease of 3 percent, settling at 11.76 trillion won.
This financial performance indicates a significant improvement in profitability, despite a minor decline in revenue. The company's ability to enhance its operating profit in a challenging economic environment demonstrates its operational efficiency and strategic adaptability.
