DGP Co. to Raise 7 Billion Won Through Stock Offering

Seoul, South Korea – DGP Co., a South Korean company, has announced plans to raise 7 billion won (approximately US$5.4 million) through a stock offering, primarily to finance its operations.

According to Yonhap News Agency, DGP will issue about 4.55 million common shares, priced at 1,536 won per share. These shares are set to be sold to pre-designated investors. This move represents a significant step for the company in securing additional capital, which is earmarked for bolstering its operational capacities.
