SEOUL - Hanatour Service Inc. has experienced a significant increase in its financial performance for the first quarter, with a net profit of 24.2 billion won (US$17.7 million), marking a 156.5 percent rise from the previous year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Hanatour's operating income for the January-March period surged by 285.4 percent to 21.6 billion won. Revenue also saw a dramatic increase, rising by 121 percent to 183.3 billion won. This robust growth in both profit and revenue highlights Hanatour's strong start to the year.
