Kia Corp Reports Modest Sales Growth in November

SEOUL - Kia Corp., the second-largest automaker in South Korea, announced a 1.7 percent increase in its November sales compared to the previous year, buoyed by strong international demand for its SUVs. Kia, an affiliate of Hyundai Motor Co., sold 260,227 vehicles in November, a slight rise from the 255,836 units sold a year ago.

According to Yonhap News Agency, This growth was primarily driven by increased sales of its Sportage, Seltos, and Sorento SUV models. According to the company's statement, foreign sales rose by 3 percent to 209,637 units, while domestic sales saw a decline of 3.6 percent, totaling 50,022 units.
