SEOUL - The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR), as reported by Yonhap Infomax, remained largely unchanged in its latest update at 11:00 a.m. This stability is observed across various terms, reflecting the current state of the interbank lending market in South Korea.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the rates for different terms are as follows: the 1-week rate stood at 3.50%, identical to the previous session. The 1-month rate also remained the same at 3.69%. Similarly, the 2-month and 3-month rates were unchanged at 3.82% and 3.99%, respectively.

Notably, there was a slight decrease in the 6-month rate, which moved from 4.08% to 4.07%. The 12-month rate also saw a marginal drop, decreasing from 4.08% to 4.06%. These rates are indicative of the short-term borrowing costs among banks in South Korea and are closely watched by financial market participants.
