Washington, United States - A significant cooperative arrangement was formalized on Wednesday between the Korea National Diplomatic Academy and the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Intelligence and Research. This agreement aims to establish regular strategic dialogues and institutionalize bilateral cooperation.
