SEOUL — The KOSPI 200 Index, an index of 200 common stocks traded on the Korea Exchange, has displayed notable fluctuations in the closing prices of various companies.
According to a new release by Yonhap News Agency, stocks such as LG HandH and COSMAX saw significant gains, closing UP 8,500 and UP 4,800 respectively. On the other hand, KIWOOM suffered a sharp drop, closing DN 24,000.
Notable companies like SAMSUNG LIFE and NAVER also faced decreases in their closing prices by DN 1,800 and DN 1,900, respectively. Meanwhile, LIG Nex1 and AMOREPACIFIC observed increases in their stock, closing UP 3,500 and UP 3,200 respectively.
