SEOUL - Nongshim, a South Korean food company, experienced a rise in stock price by 6,500 points to close at 444,000, according to the latest KOSPI 200 closing price list. Lotte Chilsung, a beverage company, also saw an upturn by 7,300 points to close at 144,000.
According to a news release by Yonhap News Agency, other notable gains include DB Insurance, which went up by 1,800 points to 86,400, and Samsung Electronics, which fell by 500 points to close at 68,000.
