President Yoon Expresses Concern for Opposition Leader’s Health

The phone call, made at approximately 2:40 p.m., comes as Lee prepares for a weeklong medical leave starting Thursday, following his decision to postpone treatment due to recent general elections.

According to Yonhap News Agency, President Yoon was prompted to make the call after learning through media reports of Lee's impending hospitalization. During the conversation, Lee expressed his gratitude for the President's concern. Details of Lee's health condition remain undisclosed by his office.
