This track, the main song from Psy's sixth full-length album, gained worldwide acclaim for its humorous video and Psy's iconic horse dance. Notably, "Gangnam Style" propelled Psy to international fame, making him the first K-pop act to secure the No. 2 spot on Billboard's Hot 100 main singles chart, where he remained for seven weeks.
The song's music video was a trailblazer on YouTube, being the first to exceed the platform's view limit, reaching 2 billion views in May 2014.
