S. Korean Bond Yields Witness Slight Decrease on Nov. 1, 2023

Today, South Korean bond yields experienced a marginal decrease across various maturities, According to Yonhap News Agency, the financial market data.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the numbers released, the one-year Treasury bill (TB) rate fell by 0.9 basis points to 3.731%, the two-year TB rate decreased by 1.0 basis point to 3.991%, and the three-year TB rate saw a decline of 1.4 basis points, settling at 4.071%. The 10-year TB also dropped by 3.7 basis points, ending at 4.288%. In addition, the two-year Monetary Stabilization Bond (MSB) declined by 1.1 basis points, finishing at 3.991%, and the three-year Corporate Bond (CB) with AA- rating witnessed a drop of 0.8 basis points, closing at 4.900%. Contrarily, the 91-day Certificate of Deposit (CD) experienced an increase of 1.0 basis point, reaching 3.830%.
