YG Entertainment Announces Debut Date for New Girl Group Babymonster

Seoul - YG Entertainment, one of South Korea's leading K-pop labels, has announced the debut date for its first girl group in seven years, Babymonster. Set to debut on November 27, the group's introduction has been highly anticipated.

According to Yonhap news Agency, the debut was initially planned for an earlier date but was postponed to November to finalize the selection of the main track for the group's debut project.

The new group, consisting of seven members - Ahyeon, Haram, Rora, Pharita, Chiquita, Ruka, and Asa - hails from three Asian countries: South Korea, Thailand, and Japan. Babymonster marks YG Entertainment's first girl group launch since the debut of BLACKPINK seven years ago. The label revealed in their press release that they are accelerating efforts to ensure the debut project's success and are committed to presenting the best results for Babymonster's introduction to the K-pop scene.
