Red Velvet Releases Third Full-Length Album ‘Chill Kill’

SEOUL - Popular K-pop girl group Red Velvet has launched its third full-length album, "Chill Kill," announced by their agency, SM Entertainment. The album, released on Monday, features a total of 10 tracks, including the title track "Chill Kill." Described as a pop-dance song, "Chill Kill" combines bold bass and string sounds with a mix of colorful synthesizers and bell tones.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the song's lyrics vividly depict a love story turned upside down by the sudden arrival of 'Chill Kill,' and are complemented by the group's vocal portrayal of a 'bright tragedy.' This album follows Red Velvet's last studio album, "Perfect Velvet," released in November 2017. The group has seen significant success, recording their first million-seller with the 2022 EP "The ReVe Festival 2022 - Birthday." Additionally, Red Velvet recently completed their first European tour, marking another achievement in their growing international presence.
