South Korea’s Weather Outlook: Sunny Skies with Patches of Clouds Expected

SEOUL - South Korea's national weather service has issued Monday's forecast for the country's 12 major cities as of 9:01 a.m., predicting predominantly sunny weather with a few areas expecting cloud cover. The forecast details temperature ranges and the probability of rain, offering a comprehensive outlook for various locales across the nation.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul is set to experience sunny conditions with a high of 23 degrees Celsius and a low of 11 degrees, having a 20 percent chance of rain. Similar sunny weather with identical rain probabilities is expected in Incheon, Suwon, Cheongju, Daejeon, Chuncheon, Gangneung, and Jeonju, with slight variations in temperature.

The forecast highlights a mix of sun and clouds for a few cities. Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan are predicted to have cloudy skies with a 30 percent chance of rain, whereas Jeju stands out with a higher rainfall likelihood of 60 percent despite the sunny prediction. Notably, temperatures across the cities vary, with Daegu expecting the highest high at 26 degrees Celsius and Chuncheon predicting the lowest low at 7 degrees Celsius.
